I love Atalntic City. It has something for all, gambling, shopping, food, fun,shows and of course the boardwalk.
Yesterday I attended the Atlantic City Builder's Convention. So many new things are happening in the building industry. New products, new appliances, energy efficient, small, big and all fun to use, modern streamlined cabinets and granite it is a new world out there for building. You can find whatever you want, it was great day.
That being said, now is the time to buy, builders are including many extras without cost. Builders are willing to deal, and giveaways are plentiful. Mortgage rates have never been lower, and the deals are abundant......Not only am I a Real Estate broker, but I love to bake, so if you have any special receipes, please send them to me. One day I will hold a bake-off contest at one of my homes, so send in the receipes.
